Vide these instnlctions State go\'crnmcnt were authorized to accord general approval for creation of critical de\'clopment and security related infrastructure of 13 categories by Govt. Department having forest area less thfu"1. one hectare and no. of trees not more than 50 per ha or ten trees whiche\'er is less. :\t this point of time, the proposal \\"as not within the competency of State Government under general apprO\"al and accordingly the proposal was processed by this office and Stage I accorded on 04.09.2014.
