Bloomington, MN 55425 • Alone Among the Unbeatens: While playing the nation's second-toughest schedule to date, Wisconsin is the last unbeaten 952-681-7947 NCAA Division I program standing at 16-0-0, two wins shy of matching the best start in program history (18-0-0 in 2015-16). • UW's last six wins have come against ranked opponents. Minnesota State University, Mankato • Among DI teams, UW is tops in scoring defense (0.94 goals allowed per game) and fifth in scoring offense (3.62 gpg). Ohio State University • Buckeyes on Top: Although four of the six teams below them have at least two games in hand, Ohio State sits atop the WCHA St. Cloud State University standings with 27 points. University of Wisconsin • The Buckeyes' 8-2-2-1 league mark is part of their 10-2-2 overall record -- the best 14-game start in program history. • Hot Streaks: Wisconsin and Ohio State are not the only WCHA teams playing well of late. 16 National Championships • Minnesota has won six-straight games and 10-of-12, with the only losses in that stretch a pair of one-goal setbacks to 95 All-Americans the top-ranked Badgers. 100+ Olympians and • Minnesota Duluth has won four of its last five outings and, after a 1-5-0 start in WCHA play, have won four in a row to get back to .500 at 5-5-0. National Team Members • Bemidji State is unbeaten in five of its last six games, going 4-1-1 since Oct. 28. • Back to Nonconference: The Thanksgiving week brings a full slate of nonconference games, from East Coast tournaments to a 2017-18 IMPORTANT DATES top-10 matchup in Pennsylvania. SCSU invites fans to "Pack the HBNHC" -- including packing bags of food to benefit the local Catholic Charities food shelf. Wednesday, November 22 Bemidji State swept SCSU on Nov. 10-11 in St. Cloud, winning by identical 3-0 scores. Bemidji State at St. Cloud State, 6:07 p.m. CT (1) • D1 in D.C.: Top-ranked Wisconsin and Minnesota State will represent the WCHA in the first-ever, four-team tournament in Friday, November 24 the Washington, D.C. area. Each team will play both Boston University and Northeastern at the Kettler Capitals IcePlex, the Boston University vs. Minnesota State, practice facility of the National Hockey League's Washington Capitals. 1:00 p.m. ET (2) • Windjammer Classic: Minnesota Duluth travels to Vermont for the Windjammer Classic.
