The Essex County Council (Barrington Green, Loughton) (One Way) Order 201* The Essex County Council (“the Council”) in exercise of its powers under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3) and 3(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III to Schedule 9 to the Act, hereby make the following Order:- 1. No person shall except under the direction of a Police Constable in uniform cause any vehicle to proceed in that length of Barrington Green, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order in a direction other than that specified in column 2 of the said Schedule. 2.
