And the more than 150 residents that took time out of their day to play the role of a famous cast member will attest to their remarkable transformations. Alice from Beatty Pointe Village noted during her photo shoot, “At 102 years old, I never imagined I would be recreating the cast of The Golden Girls!” With the past four editions dedicated to featuring residents dressed to replicate famous people, the number of alumni participating year to year is growing. Anzy at Seneca Hills Village is a common face in the calendar, beginning with Gene Kelly from “Singing in the Rain,” George Washington Carver, Ray Charles, and this year, George Jefferson.
