The Cleveland Orchestra Artistic Coordinator The Cleveland Orchestra is seeking an experienced administrative professional to join its team as Artistic Coordinator. The Artistic Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for all guest conductors and artists scheduled to perform with The Cleveland Orchestra including managing the guest artist travel, itinerary, payments and rehearsal/performance schedules. This position also provides administrative support to the Artistic Planning Department requiring the ability to work both independently and in collaborative teams and must have excellent judgment, decision-making and outstanding interpersonal skills. Position qualifications include: Senior level administrative administration experience (1-5 years) required Previous similar experience in a musical environment and/or strong familiarity and love of classical music, particularly symphonic repertoire preferred Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and time constraints Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals with tact and diplomacy Established and advanced knowledge of commercial software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, internet browsers, and email. Ability to quickly learn and master industry specific software required for artistic coordination and planning.
