Public Notice The purpose of the request is to permit the applicant to submit revised plans which indicate a modification of the lake slope to permit an existing gazebo. MIAMI-DADE COUNTY COMMUNITY ZONING APPEALS BOARD 12 will hold a public hearing on the following zoning applications on July 13, 2021, 6:30pm at Kendall Village Center, Civic Pavilion, 8625 SW 124 Avenue, Miami, FL (3) NON-USE VARIANCE to permit the open sided gazebo with an area of 566 sq. ft. (225 sq. ft. maximum permitted). THIS WILL BE AN IN-PERSON/VIRTUAL MEETING 1) HEARING NO. Z202000183 (4) NON-USE VARIANCE to permit an existing single-family residence setback 20’-1” from the front (north) property line (25’ required). APPLICANT: GALLOWAY ROAD PARTNERS, LLC (5) NON-USE VARIANCE to permit a lot coverage of 34% (maximum 30% permitted).
