University – Gwalior 04 AMITY University – Gwalior 05 AISECT University – Bhojpur, Raisen 06 R.K.D.F. University – Bhopal 07 A.K.S. University – Satna 08 Swami Vivekanand University - Sagar 09 Oriental University - Indore 10 Techno Global University – Sironj, Vidisha 11 Jagran Lakecity University - Bhopal 12 Shri Satya Sai University of Technology & Medical Sciences – Sehore 13 Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan University – Bhopal 14 L.N.C.T. University – Bhopal 15 Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth University – Indore 16 P.K. University – Shivpuri 17 Mandsaur University – Mandsaur 18 Medicaps University – Indore 19 Dr. A.P.J. These Universities are established under Madhya Pradesh Niji Vishwavidyalaya (Sthapana Avam Sanchalan) Adhiniyam, 2007 and therefore all the provision of the said Act shall be complied with by these Private Universities. B. All Private Universities shall be governed by UGC (Establishment of and Maintenance of standards in Private University) Regulation, 2003 and by such other Rules/ Regulations as issued by the UGC from time to time. C. Private Universities are unitary in nature and can conduct courses in regular mode through its campus only. D. Students and parents are informed not to take admission in any educational programme of these Private Universities, if not uploaded in the portal of this Commission i.e. “ayogportal.mpnvva.in”. Similar advice is given regarding the permitted intake of student in each programme. E. They cannot affiliate any college or institution for conducting course leading to award of its diploma, degree or other certificates. F. They cannot offer programmes through franchising arrangements with any other institutions including private coaching institutions even for the purpose of conducting courses through distance mode. G. They can award only such degree as are specified by the UGC published in the official gazette. H. No Private University in M.P. has been permitted to establish off campus centres, off shore campus and study centres till date. I. The Private Universities can run only such courses which have its relevant ordinance (of that particular university) duly published in the official Gazette of the State of MP. J. Students are sincerely advised not to take admission in the unapproved study centres, off campus centres, Franchisee Institutions, Colleges/ Institutions claiming to be affiliated with Private Universities of M.P. In case any violation of the above is noticed, it should be brought to the notice of the Chairman/Secretary of M.P. Private University Regulatory Commission, along with the relevant supporting documents for further necessary action. CHAIRMAN .
