Delaney JURY MEMBERS D.C. Superior Court Washington, DC Duane Delaney is the clerk of the court for the District of Columbia Superior Court. He has been employed by the D.C. Superior JURY CHAIR Court for over 30 years and has served as the appointed clerk of Jay Farbstein, PhD, FAIA the court for 17 years. As clerk of Jay Farbstein & Associates, Inc.
