INTRODUCTION This Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority (JCMUA) Selection and Implementation of Alternative Report (SIAR) was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the JCMUA’s Surface Water Renewal Permit No. NJ0108723 (Permit), which regulates discharges from the JCMUA’s combined sewer system (CSS).
