We left the villages and Stowmarket and headed over the border to Comer. A walk along the seafront and pier, and fish and chips, made it a most enjoyable day. Our July outing sees us travelling west this time to Knebworth House, an ancestral house with park and gardens in Hertfordshire. We shall be leaving Buxhall Village Hall at 9.00am with pick-ups in Great Finborough, Onehouse Road and Combs Ford. Cost is £25 which includes a guided tour of the house. The date for this trip is Thursday 4 July. August sees us on the road again to the Flixton Air Museum, then onto Bungay to look around and lunch. The date for this outing is Thursday 1 August, leaving Buxhall Village Hall at 10.00am and picking up in Great Finborough, Onehouse Road and Combs Ford. Cost is £15 for trip only. Please let Keith know if you wish to go on either outing. New members always welcome!
