Agreement (IGA) Due to the IGA between the City of Kingman and the Kingman Unifi ed School District #20 and with the Kingman Academy of Learning (KAOL), the Parks & Recreation Department is graciously thankful to each and every school that we have exchanged facilities with year after year. With this agreement, it helps both the schools and the City to run success- ful programs and helps the tax payers by alleviating the cost of having to build more facilities.
