The west side of the project connects with the City of Santa Cruz’s (City) Coast Pump Station and runs along the contiguous property to the north. The east side of the project surfaces east of the San Lorenzo River at the western terminus of Crossing Street, Santa Cruz, CA, 95060. The project footprint is primarily on City-owned and publicly owned land, with the exception of a possible secondary staging on the property owned by the Santa Cruz Cemetery Corporation. The City is coordinating with this land owner. Project sponsor's name and address: Heidi R.
