I greatly 9 appreciate all of your participation as we host this 10 meeting via teleconference due to Covid19. The health 11 of our families and our well-being of our communities 12 is the safest option that we have available to us at 13 this time. So I appreciate your patience and I 14 appreciate you joining us today via teleconference. I 15 know we're going to have technical difficulties so 16 please patience with us as we work through these issues 17 of having a meeting over teleconference. Please let Eva 18 know if you're having any difficulties and we'll try to 19 make the adjustments as we go along with our meeting. 20 21 Good morning and welcome you all to the 22 Yukon Kuskokwim Delta Subsistence Regional Advisory 23 Council. Today is October 6th, 2020. We usually start 24 our meetings at 9:00 o'clock but due to technical 25 difficulties we are 15 minutes behind. Due to our 26 heavy agenda that we have with everything that 27 encompasses our meetings, we would like to make a few 28 notes that for public comment, due to the time 29 constraints that we currently have, we'll make our 30 public comments anywhere between five and 10 minutes 31 and public comments are always available at the 32 beginning of the meeting after the first day. I also 33 want to make note that if you aren't on mute in 34 teleconference, please star six to mute your phone, 35 star six to unmute, or please use your telephone or 36 your cell phone to press the mute button, unmute when 37 you're ready to speak. All the background noise that 38 we are receiving makes it hard for those to hear and 39 cause static which makes it difficult for people to 40 understand what's going on.
