The boxes illustrate every book of the Bible. Church schools, parishes, organisations and individuals of all ages in the Diocese have contributed to the display. London 20112 is looking for 8,000 Torchbearers to carry the Olympic Flame across the UK during the Olympic Torch Relay from 19 May to 27 June 2012. Hundreds of shops, pubs and restaurants take part every year as do councils, markets, hospitals etc. The event is being strongly supported by the National Rural Officer, Jill Hopkinson, who is encouraging all churches to think about their local farmers and food supplies.
