Strategically located at the gateway to the west bank of The Pearl River (“Zhujiang”) and adjacent to Qianhai Free Trade Zone, the land parcel is in the core area of the Science City of Cuiheng New District. It covers an area of approximately 669,000 sq. m. (1,003 mu), with a total gross floor area of 1.55 million sq. m. The project is set to become the most influential super complex in the western Greater Bay Area and the landmark of Cuiheng New District that houses the iconic twin-skyscrapers "The Gate of the Future", the convention and exhibition center, the joint inspection building, a Lingnan-style street with cultural tourism and commercial and cultural facilities, primary and secondary schools, high-end apartments and large residential communities. The project is expected to greatly alleviate the urban image of the entire new district upon completion. The industrial and urban areas of Shenzhen and Zhongshan get to rejuvenate as the construction of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge which connects the two banks of the Pearl River has sped up. The project is located at the bridgehead of Zhongshan upon the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge.
