UNHCR Philippines 1 IN INCURSION INCIDENT IN DATU PIANG MUNICIPALITY, MAGUINDANAO PROVINCE Around 50 alleged members of the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF) attacked the Philippine National Police (PNP) station of Datu Piang, Maguindanao Province on 3 December 2020 at around 10:30 PM. Based on the PNP report, the BIFFs split into two groups - one group attacked the PNP station and the other group attempted to proceed to Barangay Kanguan and allegedly planned to burn the Sta.
