Challenge yourself in October to move to the next Level! If you are walking between 4,000 to 7,000 steps per day-push yourself to at least 8,000 steps. If you are already walking at least 8,000 steps, move up to 10,000 a day And if you are walking 10, 0000 or more steps lets bump it up to at least 15,000 steps a day.
