O R D E R Sri L.Kiran Kumar, Ranga Reddy District has filed a Complaint dated 31-05-2018 which was received by this Commission on 31-05-2018 for not getting the information sought by him from the PIO / O/o. the Mandal Praja Parishad, Moinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. The brief facts of the case as per the Complaint and other records received along with it are that the Complainant herein filed an application dated 13-04-2018 before the PIO requesting to furnish the information under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, on the following points mentioned in his application annexed. TSIC Note: This is system generated copy and no signature is required The Public Information Officer / O/o. the Mandal Praja Parishad, Moinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Vide Letter No. A4/RTI/2018, Dated 22-05-2018, has furnished the information to the Complainant, for all points except point Nos. 3,4,8,12,13 and 15 for which the complainant was asked to pay the fees of Rs. 83,454/-. As the Complainant did not receive the complete information from the PIO even after 30 days of filing his application, he preferred this Complaint before the Commission requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him u/s 18(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, in the form of DVD at free of cost. The Complaint was taken on file and notices were issued to both the parties for hearing on 10-7-2019. On 10-7-2019 the case is called. The complainant and the Public Information Officer, O/o the MPP, Moinabad Mandal are absent. The Panchayath Secretary, Tholkatta Village Gram Panchayath is present. The Panchayath Secretary submitted that available information was furnished to the appellant through letter dated 22.05.2018 for point nos.1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9 to 11. For point nos.3, 8, 12, 13 and 15 the sought information could not be furnished to the complainant as he did not pay the requisite amount of Rs.83,254/- intimated to him through letter dated 22.05.2018. Heard the Public Information Officer and perused the records. The Commission observed that the 6(1) application is dated 13.04.2018 and the intimation to pay the requisite amount is vide letter dated 22.05.2018 which is beyond the stipulated period. The Commission further observed that the Public Information Officer also did not inform the complainant the calculations made for arriving at the said amount. The TSICCommission directs the PIO to furnish available information to the complainant, free of cost, in CD Form, within one week from the date of receipt of this order and submit compliance report to the Commission. With the above direction, the complaint is closed.
