During its 14 years activity Partnership and Teaching/ P&T NGO has adopted that idea and traditionally it has summarized its operations through annual reports, highlighting the transparency and accountability of the organization. P&T NGO 2014-2015 activity report aims at presenting the report of the organization’s activity during 2014-2015, beneficiaries, changes in their lives, achievements in their future activities to use them as promotional tools. During 2014-2015 P&T NGO has expanded the framework its activity implementing activities aimed at solving issues of educational sphere, civil society organizations’ and community organizations’ institutional capacity building, LG capacity building, promoting youth employment, as well as initiatives for the solution of other important community issues. The report also includes P&T LTD 2014-2015 services and consultations provided by P&T NGO to target groups. The electronic version of the report can be found on the GUM NGO website at www.gumiso.am. During its activity, the organization has always been in contact with its beneficiaries, donors and partners in various ways, trying to make their comments and suggestions as guidelines for its further activity. Artashes Torozyan P&T NGO Executive director ABOUT US “Partnership and Teaching” (P&T) NGO certified in 2000 is a local non-profit organization with the following mission : teaching and cooperation for the development of the civil society. P&T NGO supports the promotion of the civil society in Armenia contributing to the development of the institutional capabilities of civil society organizations, educational institutions and local government. P&T NGO is known as a leading intermediary service organization in Armenia. P&T NGO delivers services by P&T LTD. During its activity the NGO has implemented many projects targeted towards the solutions of the issues of educational / management, new teaching methods, professional…/ and community spheres, community development strategy processing, and also it came forward with initiatives targeted towards civic advocacy. In 2009 “Partnership and Teaching” NGO was certified by Counterpart International, which has assessed the correspondence of its partner organization’s institutional development to the international standards. The assessment was implemented by USAID and CI specialists according to 6 principal spheres which include: organization government and management, financial sustainability, external connections, service delivery and quality control, management of human and material resources, financial management and grants management. To extend the geography of its activity P&T NGO has opened an office in Yerevan in 2013 by updating its staff with new members and interns. Collaboratinng Organizations “World Vision Sisian and Kapan” ADP Syunik Student Council Network Project Beneficiaries Juveniles from 32 communities of Sisian Goris, Kapan areas of RA Syunik region. Results Within the framework of the project, sociological surveys were conducted among 6-12th grade pupils, teachers and residents (parents, other members) of the project beneficiary schools, to find out cases of juvenile violence , as well as the attitude of the respondents towards the sanctions applied to children. In the project implementation process, P & T NGO has included members of the Syunik Student Council Network, who have been actively involved in all the processes since the launch of the project. To present the results of the survey a forum on “ Juvenile violence cases, and the mechanisms of their prevention in RA Syunik region” was held in Goris. Among the guests of the forum were: members and consultants of Syunik Student Council Network, workers of “World Vision Sisian and Kapan” ADP, representatives of family, women and children's rights protection departments of regional administration of Syunik, human rights NGOs of Syunik region, juvenile inspectors, psychologists, social workers, teachers, parents, LG representatives, journalists, community development support center/ CDSN member organizations. As a result of the forum, a package of proposals for the prevention of juvenile violence has been developed with the participation of stakeholders. Within the framework of the project, the Syunik SC network has carried out informational posters in all beneficiary communities through awareness-raising campaigns entitled "My Right to Live Without Violence" during which community members distributed information leaflets in communities.
