He is Arbi- trator at the Court of International Commercial Arbitration (Romania); Lawyer in the Bucharest Bar Association; Editor in Chief of the Juridical Tribune – Tribuna Juridica Journal (indexed in Clarivate Analytics) and Perspectives of Law and Public Administration; member in the Editorial Board of several scien- tific journals: International Law Research (ILR) - Toronto, Canada, Journal of Legal Studies, Journal of Law and Administrative Sciences, Dreptul, Acta Uni- versitatis Danubius. Juridica, Reflecții Academice; President of the Society of Juridical and Administrative Sciences and member in Société de législation com- parée, Research Network on EU Administrative Law (ReNEUAL), Union of Ju- rists of Romania, Institute of Administrative Sciences "Paul Negulescu".
