Tablers, circles and twinkles had great fun with sports and other activities. Food brought from all tabler’s kitchen was simply awesome and toothsome. All in all, every one present thoroughly enjoyed food and beverages. MYSORE ROUND TABLE 21 CHARTER NIGHT CELEBRATION Event was Organized on August 19th, 2011 @ Golden Land Mark, MYSORE. A Remarkable journey for MRT-21 on touching 40 years. The evening was spiced up with retro theme and live retro music. The theme and the music was apt for the evening as it was our 40th year of journey, presence of maximum number of square legs made that evening more meaningful. MYSORE ROUND TABLE 21 JOINT FELLOWSHIP SHUTTLE TOURNAMENT “FELLOW SHIP CONVENERS CUP” Event was Organized On August 07th, 2011 @ Vontikoppal Indoor Shuttle Hall, MYSORE. AROUND 20 PATICIPENTS JOINED HANDS FOR THIS AMAZING SPORTING ACTIVITY. An amazing move towards fellowship by adding sports to it, MRT-21, MART-156 & MHRT -109were the participants for the event held at Vontikoppal Indoor s huttle Hall. The same is deiced to conduct Year on Year. We have named this event as “FELLOW SHIP CONVENERS CUP” MYSORE ROUND TABLE 21 MENS COOK OUT Date: 25th September venue: Oxygen farm, Mysore. Indeed it was a good effort from all the tablers to experiment on their recipe, Food prepared was later certified by the ladies and declared edible. Men were honored and recognized for their deed. Squint among blinds stood first for the toothsome tandoor dish. All in all, it was a great family recreation. MYSORE ROUND TABLE 21 DIWALI NIGHT Tr Manish raj & Cr Mansi Date: 29th October hosted an amazing and venue: Livin palms, Mysore. spectacular evening .The theme for the evening was Diwali night with ethnical attire. Though the whether was bit cloudy ,rain couldn't s t o p u s f r o m h a v i n g re m a r ka b l e fe l l ows h i p . Colorful crackers up in the sky was treat for the witnessed eyes. Tablers, circlers and twinkles with squarelegs had gala time with excellent food and beverages. About 50 heads present thoroughly enjoyed every moment spent that evening. MYSORE ROUND TABLE 21 AN EVENING AT THE CLUB Date: 10th September Venue: Golf Club, Mysore. 10th sept evening at the golf club was very special for us, good participation of tablers fueled that evening to mark the successful publicity event (Talents) undertook that morning. Christmas eve was celebrated well in advance as the theme for the socials hosted by Tr Arjun Ranga and Vidya Ranga. New Year 2012was celebrated with great bash bidding good bye for 2011 with all the three table of Mysore. Mayur Shah, Tr. Rizwan Seth, Tr. Sadiq Seth Elaborate cultural program including dances and speeches organized for by the school. Donation – MRT21 donated 100 bedspreads worth Rs. 11,000 for the children's use at the school. MYSORE ROUND TABLE 21 Independance Day AT K R S SCHOOL Date: August 15th Venue: K R S, Mysore Attendees – Slg. Vinod Reddy, Tr. Murthaza Ali, Slg. Bhanu Kiran Program included flag hoisting and a dance performance by the children of the school. Donation – Donated a tape-recorded cum cd player worth Rs. 2500, which was requested for by the school. Sweets packets were distributed to the children. MYSORE ROUND TABLE 21 RTI Week Project PROJECT: 'Taare Zameen Par' – Drawing competition, donation and magic show LOCATION: T S Subbanna High School, Chamundi Hills, Mysore DATE: 14th Nov 2011 (Children's day initiative) ATTENDEES: Tablers Harish S V, Pulikeshi Wari, Murtaza Ali, Manish Salian and Viren Ranjan Circlers Pooja Harish, Masuma Vagh and Preeti Agrawal Ranjan Twinklers Rishi Harish and Mariam Vagh MRT21 donated an Aqua guard to the school based on their request, to provide clean drinking water to the students there. (Cast of Rs. 10,000) As part of the Children's day Celebrations, a drawing contest was organized for the children. About 85 children took part in the contest The prize distribution was followed by a magic show. The magic show was performed by Mr. Shenoy, a young upcoming magician based in Mysore. The magic show was followed by a distribution of sweets to all present at the occasion MYSORE ROUND TABLE 21 RTI Week Project PROJECT: Blood Donation Drive LOCATION: RIIIT, Hebbal Industrial Area, Mysore DATE: 15th Nov 2011 ATTENDEES: Tablers Ashwinni Kumar, Harish S V, Chandrashekar Bharadwaj, Mayur Shah, Rizwan Sait and Viren Ranjan Circlers Pooja Harish, Masuma Vagh, Nidhi Shah and Shanti Bharadwaj MRT21 in association with RIIIT (Raman International Institute of Information Technology) organized a Blood Donation Drive at the RIIIT Campus, Hebbal industrial Area, Mysore. The camp was conducted by Chandrakala hospital, Mysore. A total of 33 people consisting of MRT21 tablers, Ladies Circle 9 and students of RIIIT donate blood. National Round Table President Ashwinni Kumar Hemdev participated in the event and donated blood as well. MYSORE ROUND TABLE 21 RTI Week Project PROJECT: Knowledge based initiative in association with Pratham, Mysore LOCATION: Pratham office, Jayalakshmi Puram, Mysore DATE: 16th Nov 2011 ATTENDEES: Tablers Ashwinni Kumar, Harish S V, Chandrashekar Bharadwaj, Rizwan Sait, Santosh, Dillon, Sachin, Pulikeshi Wari, Manish Raj and Viren Ranjan Donation: MRT21 donated Rs 25,000/- and 5 Computers towards development such Computer centers in the villages around Mysore. Pratham Mysore is a chapter of Pratham India, whose primary focus is education of underprivileged and slum children in and around Mysore. The objective of Pratham, Mysore is “Every Child in School and Leaning Well”. Through its various programs, Pratham Mysore educates about 15,000 children every year. MRT21 in association with Pratham Mysore contributed to the following projects. 1. Library Program – Improving Reading Ability 2. Fun with Math – Workbook program 3. Building access to Computers MYSORE ROUND TABLE 21 RTI Week Project PROJECT: Go Green Initiative and 41ers Day LOCATION: Hootagalli School, Mysore DATE: 18th Nov 2011 ATTENDEES: Tablers Murtaza Ali, Ali Asger Vagh, Santosh, Pulikeshi Wari, Harish S V, Rajesh Kutnikar (National 41ers Convenor), Tarun Giri and Viren Ranjan 41ers Vasu, Bhanu Kiran and Badri Narayan MRT21 celebrated the national “Go Green” day at Hootagalli school, Mysore by planting trees all along the campus of its newly built school campus. It combined this initiative with the 41ers Day celebrations by having its 41ers plant the saplings. MRT21 also celebrated the completion of its 8 classroom block, toilet block and kitchen block at Hootagalli, Mysore.
