He drifted into his forever sleep with Ethel, Selina and Lesley by his side. Stanley has been cremated and his ashes interred at Christ church Worton. Sadly he never fully recovered from a stroke in July 2018 and will now be at peace and pain free. He will be forever in our hearts as the whole family will miss him greatly. The Village Show A date for your diary - this year’s Village Show will be held on Saturday 5th September. We have put it back a week for vari- ous reasons but a main aim is to increase the entries in chil- dren’s classes; the children should have returned to school and hopefully will be able to work on entries then. We will endeavour to give more details each month about cer- tain classes and are planning to include the schedule in the Ju- ly edition of this magazine. Please look out for updates. The titles of this year’s adult photograph classes are: Water Farm machinery Leaves Related to the above, we have not decided on the titles of the classes in the children under-16 photograph section. We are planning to talk to the school about their ideas and what activi- ties they are doing with pupils later in the year. We hope to introduce more craft classes, more information soon.
