These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 22.01.2016 received by the 2 nd respondent on 23.01.2016 in Inward Nos. 8553, 8554 & 8555 vide Annexures D, E and F, within 30 days from the date of the order of this Hon’ble Court. These Writ Petitions coming on for preliminary hearing, this day, the Court made the following: ORDER The petitioners have filed application for grant of stage carriage permits, which has been considered by proceedings dated 17.10.2015 at Annexures A to C. 2. The 1st respondent has thereafter directed the 2nd respondent to take note of the said proceedings and assign timings in respect of the permit granted. Since, 3 the same had not been considered within time frame as indicated, the petitioners have made the representations as at Annexures D, E and F. Since the said representations also did not get response, the petitioners are before this Court. 3. In similar circumstances, this Court has issued directions to consider the representations. In that view, direction is issued to the 2 nd respondent to keep in view the proceedings dated 17.10.2015 (Annexures A to C), to take note of the representations submitted by the petitioners and take a decision in the matter with regard to assignment of timings as expeditiously as possible, but not later than two months from the date on which a copy of this order is furnished to the first respondent.
