Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG on any day from the date of this notice, on Mondays to Fridays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (excluding bank holidays) but by no later than 4 pm on Thursday, 9th April 2015. 3. Nomination papers may be obtained from the office of the Returning Officer, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG, during the times stated above. 4. If any election is contested, the poll will take place on Thursday, 7th May 2015. 5. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes and amendments or cancellations of proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG by 5 pm on Tuesday, 21st April 2015. 6. New applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG by 5 pm on Tuesday, 28th April 2015. 7.
