A working group in 2002 contributed to the revised manual with new ideas and direction. Group members were Todd Allison, Ian Bird, Jean Pierre Cantin, Lori Johnston, Tom Jones and Jasmine Northcott. The 2004 Athlete Representatives Leadership Manual was written by Marilyn Payne, with editorial assistance from Janice Forsyth, Tom Jones, Lori Johnston and Kirsten Normand.
