This stylish three storey building incorporates flexible teaching spaces, a lecture theatre, learning resource centre and a café. 1 2 To your right is the Great Hall . This multipurpose venue is used for events such as the various Guild balls, live music performances and the graduation ceremonies. It is also used as an examination space. INTO International Study Centre 3 Beneath the Great Hall is The Sanctuary. During term time this area provides a quiet study space for 180 students. As with the Great Hall, The Sanctuary can also be used as an exam space and exhibition venue. 4 From the Piazza, turn left from the University Reception, heading towards 13 Stocker Road. You will shortly pass the Exeter Northcott Theatre . This is Exeter’s largest theatre and is co-owned by the University. Its convenient location means that it’s often visited by both staff and students.
