INTEXUR has already an important presence in the national market and currently is placing some of its products such as iberian lard and iberian pork fat on the international markets. The commitment of INTEXUR is providing a personalized service and taking advantage of the Iberian pork excellences in order to place them at the disposal of the most demanding clients. INTEXUR has implemented a quality management system with ISO 22000 certification for food safety to ensure the realization of quality control during each phase of the chain of production and distribution process. We guarantee the quality of our products and promote continuous improvements in our food safety process. PRODUCTS 3 4 Products We develop a wide range of products from iberian pigs that are transformed and produced at our facilities. Our modern factory is placed in the south of the Extremadura region, the main production area of Iberian pigs, an emblematic and autochthonous animal with which the iberian ham is produced. In this area 80% of Iberian pigs are slaughtered and is where we acquires fats for the elaboration of our products among them iberian lard and iberian pork fat. All our products are intended for a large segment of the national and international market. PRODUCTS 5 Iberian Pork Lard Properties: contains a high level of unsaturated fatty acids, mainly oleic acid (>50%). Contains no trans fatty acids and has a low cholesterol content. Format: cardboard box contains 2 x 10 kg thermosealed bags. Uses: very versatile lard, ideal for manufacturing both traditional and industrial confectionery, for pâtés and pre-cooked meals, frozen foods, cured products, roasts, etc. 6 Pure Iberian Pork Lard Properties: contains a high level of unsaturated fatty acids, mainly oleic acid (>50%). Contains no trans fatty acids and has a low cholesterol content. Format: cardboard box contains 1 x 10 kg thermosealed bag. Uses: very versatile lard, ideal for manufacturing both traditional and industrial confectionery, for pâtés and pre-cooked meals, frozen foods, cured products, roasts, etc. PRODUCTS 7 Pork Lard Properties: lard has a high melting point which makes it compact and lends it a great deal of plasticity. Format: cardboard box contains 1 x 10 kg thermosealed bag. Uses: specifically for industrial bakery products, pastries, croissants, for pâtés and pre-boiled meals, frozen foods. 8 Iberian Bacon Fat Properties: selected slices of Iberian pork bacon fat of different thicknesses. Format: delivered frozen and on palettes with an approximate weight of 700 to 850 kg. Please consult us for other formats. PRODUCTS 9 Iberian Pork Bacon Properties: trimmed Iberian pig belly pork. Format: the product is presented frozen and on palettes with an approximate weight of 600 to 700 kg. 10 Iberian Pork Ribs Properties: skinned frozen Iberian pork ribs. Format: the product is delivered on palettes with an approximate weight of 400 to 500 kg. Please consult us for other formats. PRODUCTS 11 Loose Pork Rinds Properties: made from selected Iberian pork rind fats, with no added colour agents or preservatives. Format: 10 kg box. Uses: direct consumption, as an aperitif or as an ingredient for making traditional confectionery, hornazos (pies), etc. 12 Pressed Pork Rinds Properties: made from selected Iberian pork rind fats, with no added colour agents or preservatives. The rinds are pressed to remove fat from the product. Format: presented in a cheese-like shape. Uses: direct consumption, as an aperitif or as an ingredient for making traditional confectionery, hornazos (pies), etc. PRODUCTS 13 Pet food Properties: meat meal with high protein content for animal feed.
