Innovation and Networks Executive The Oise River is navigable for 103 km, from the intersection with the Seine to Agency (INEA) Compiègne (Janville). It links the Seine basin to the waterway network of the http://inea.ec.europa.eu Nord-Pas de Calais and, further, to the Benelux, as well as to the Champagne- Ardenne network and the Mosel and Rhine basins. Implementing body: The studies were a key step necessary to prepare the technical design of the Voies Navigables de France construction project, to obtain the administrative authorisations, to prepare the www.vnf.fr future call for tender and to carry out the works. Only the preliminary studies, the 'avant projet' studies, the socio economic study, the hydraulic studies were carried out as well as most of the admin files were prepared. However the project phase, the consultation of companies, the planning phase of the works were not implemented during the lifetime of the action and are postponed to 2014/2015. This project has been completed. Update: June 2014 .
