Live Tae Kwon Do Classes East Hartford Parks and Recreation and United Korean Martial Arts, Inc. invites East Hartford children ages 5 to 11 to join Live On Line Streaming Tae Kwon Do Classes. Tae Kwon Do is a Korean Martial Art which is translated as“ the way of the hand and foot.” It is a complete, integrated, and unique system on modern-day self-defense. It encompasses self-discipline, agility, flexibility, personal improvement and improves spiritual and mental performance.
