Elizabeth Dole 3 Italian American Social Club - Highlights of Board Meeting Minutes - May 14, 2009 Vice President Saccavino called the meeting to order at 7 pm. All Board Members were present with the exception of President Mercante, Directors Passalaqua and Passarello. The month of April 2009 had an operating loss of $3,443. Four-month year to date shows a loss of $577. Membership - Marie Galluccio advised that there are 867 members. Four more will be joining in May. Vice President Saccavino asked that the Board Meeting be held one week earlier in June since he has a prior commitment. The Night Manager, Larry Ray suggested that the Club be opened 3 to 6 pm on Tuesdays and Fridays with a “Happy Hour.” Different types of food could be served. The Board approved of the suggestion. Social - Edie Santomenno and Heritage Joe Abitante advised that there will be a Chef Dinner and Wine Pairing- date is Sunday, June 14 at 2 pm. Cost $15 person. It will be limited to 150 people.
