The Village Link magazine is published three times a year and distributed free of charge to all households in the Winterbournes and Hurdcott. In order to keep the cost down, the magazine is printed in black and white. Community resilience and crime prevention is one of the Parish Council “portfolio tasks”. With budgets for Wiltshire Council and other county services, including the police, under pressure we increasingly have to do more to help ourselves, our neighbours and the emergency services. At the beginning of this year we revised and published the Winterbournes’ Initial Response Plan for Civil Emergencies. This can be found on our
