DC, West Singhbhum directed all the companies that they should provide the bench- desk as soon as possible. So that target can be achieved at the earliqst. 10. CSR representative from Rungta Mines informed the house lhat as per the class room size ofthe school a standard size of bech -desk should be fixed so that all companies can provide the same qualit_v and size ofthe bench-desk. DC, West Singhbhum directed district planning offic€r to constitute the sub- committee for quality check under the chairmanship of Deputy Development commissioner, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa. The committee should consist of GM DIC, President Chaibasa Chamber of commerce and other three member should be taken from SAIL , Tata Steel and Rungta (one member from each company). Thereafter companies are directed to get their samples checked and verified by the committee before supplying the same to the schools. Decision of the committee should be final and binding. 13. The TISCO representative informed that their team has visited the hospital for gap analysis and will sit with CMO to finalise along with other partners. 20. DC, West Singhbhum directed all the companies that local youths should be given priority for employment and all the companies should submit 5 year manpower requirement to the district administration, accordingly skill development will be provided by the govt and-requirement for the next five year must be submitted within one week. 2l . Anil Khirwal informed the house that they will purchase the INNOVA within a month. 22. Devka bhai Velji informed the house that they will purchase the INNO\rA with in l5days. 23.Prof. Gorai given the presentation regarding the Diploma In mining and he requested all the companies to do MOU with Tata college for providing the On Job training to youth who will be enrolled in the Diploma in mining course. 24.DC , West Singhbhum, Chaibasa directed the SAIL and Rungta to take 40 and l0 student respectively for the on Job training from diploma in mining course. 25. DC, West Singhbhm,Chaibasa directed all the companies that they should provide the INNOVA vehicle till the end of July. 26. General Managel SAIL informed the house that as per the instruction of Hon'ble CM Tender for construction of Toilet complex's has been done and within three to four months Toilet complex will be ready in Kiriburu township for common public. 27. GM, SAIL informed the house that Cleaning of Kiriburu town, water logging problem, drinking water suppl-y 's work will be leted till 3l" augusl 2015. He also intimated that connection for supply of drinking water is also made available to the commoners. 1 28. DC. \\est Singhbhum directed the SAIL to provide the oflice space to the SDM at Kiriburu organise the weekly "JAN SAMVAD" lith the people of sub division. 29. The local BDO rvill facilitate and coordinate with fiorest dept. So that delay can be avoided. 30. DFO Saranda directcd all the companies that they should make request only through BDO of the concern block for the Land clearance and after the land clearance companies can do the work which is listed in forest manual, out of that no work will permitted, he also informed the house that a DFO can allot the land Patta up to 0.892 . hectare- 31. DFO Saranda informed the house that the application regarding land clearance received from the block shall be cleared same day by them. He also assured clearance for drinking water project proposed by SAIL at three villages nearby Kiriburu. 32. DFO, Saranda lnformed the house there are 13 schemes which can be taken on the forest land. 33. Tata Steel informed the deputy Commissioner that till they are yet to receive the full list of girls for the Nursing training. 34. DC, West Singhbhum directed the District planning officer to provide the full list of girls for the Nursing training to the Tata Steel from PDP and nearby area. 35. DC, West Singhbhum also informed the house that Member of Parliament Shri Laxman Giluwa have conveyed that Tata Steel, SAIL, RungIa,Usha martin will contribute in the SANSAD ADARSH GRAM YOJANA. 36. DC, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa informed the house the Tata Steel, Rungla mines, SAIL and Usha Martin will have to provide the facility of DONA-PATTA making machine, street Light, Ajeevika Kendra, Balwadi facility in the selected gram Panchayat(BILA Panchayat of Goelkera.)under the village development plan. 37.
