Sr.# Scope of Work 1. Detail Supervision of Civil, Electrical works and designing and detail supervision of Medical Gas Pipeline System at under construction building of Ayub College of Dentistry Abbottabad. Terms and conditions: 1. The bidding procedure will be Single Stage-two envelopes. The selection method is “Least Cost Method”. 2. The Consultant /Firms should have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). 3. The Consultant /Firms should have registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority Govt. of KPK, Income Tax Deptt. and shall have National Tax Number (NTN). 4. Joint venture as per PEC Criteria will be acceptable. 5. The firms should meet the criteria of PEC for relevant clauses. 6. Application should be submitted with covering letter on Firms letter head and documents, complete in all respect. 7. The tender/bid documents can be obtained from Procurement Department of Ayub Teaching Hospital Abbottabad on payment of Rs. 2000/- (Non Refundable). 8. A pre-bid meeting in connection with above scope of work will be held on 4th October 2019 at 10:00 am in conference room of Hospital Director Ayub Teaching Hospital Abbottabad. 9. Tender/bid should reach the office of the undersigned “on or before 16th October 2019 till 10.00 am and will be opened on the same day at 10:30 am. 10. Bids received after due date and time shall not be accepted. 11. Conditional, incomplete and bids filled with hand writing will not be acceptable. 12. The Procuring Entity may reject all bids or proposals as per rule 47 of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Authority Rules 2014.
