Towne Centre Billiard Room Rules 2021 To use the Towne Centre Billiard Room you must complete a 2021 waiver. The Billiard Room is available by reservation only. NO GUESTS ARE PERMITTED, RESIDENTS ONLY PREPARING TO USE THE BILLIARD ROOM Do not visit the Billiard Room if you feel ill, have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past two weeks, or have had known contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last two weeks. Residents who have a turned in a completed waiver and have a confirmed reservation should proceed accordingly: 1) Do not arrive early for your reservation as you will not be permitted in the building. 2) Enter through the Main Entrance at the Towne Centre 3) You will look directly into the tablet with your mask on to have your temperature taken. 4) Press the intercom button below the screen. 5) State your name, time of reservation and location of reservation. 6) Once confirmed, the Concierge will open the door for you. 7) Resident must go directly to the location of their reservation. 8) Please leave promptly when your timeframe is over. 9) Upon exiting residents must proceed directly to the exit, please do not walk around the Towne Centre building). Protect against infections: o Wash your hands with a disinfectant soap and water (for 20 seconds or longer) or use a hand sanitizer if soap and water are not readily available, before going to the billiard room. o Clean and wipe down any equipment, chairs, and water bottles. Do not share items such as, sticks, or towels. o Bring a full water bottle – all water fountains will be out of service. o If you need to sneeze or cough, do so into a tissue or upper sleeve. o Social distancing of at least 6 ft is required. o Masks are required at all times. o There will be (2) two tables available for reservation at a time. o There is a maximum of (4) players per table. WHEN ENJOYING THE BILLIARD ROOM • Stay at least six feet apart from other residents. Do not make physical contact with them (such as shaking hands or a high five). • Wash your hands promptly if you have touched your eyes, nose or mouth. • Do not share food, drinks, or pool sticks. • Remain apart from other residents when taking a break, entering, and exiting the Towne Centre. .
