We know that the Section and Unit leaders who deliver exciting and inspiring programmes are at the forefront of making a difference to the lives of young people. But we also need to recognise those individuals who motivate, inspire and support adults to ensure they can do what they do best. This reflects a true partnership which is at the very heart of our continued success.
