Whether it is home cooking or caterer/restaurant cuisine your barn chooses to serve, your clients can join in the planning and hosting, making it fun for everyone. (It is a Westworld policy that outside food is not permitted on the grounds, however, they are making an exception for this party only.) Chinese, Mexican, pizza, wings, chili, appetizers, dessert or whatever you would like to server is entirely up to you. Bringing liquor to WestWorld is strictly prohibited and enforced. If you would like to serve any alcohol you must go through M Culinary Concepts as they possess the liquor license for WestWorld. We will have a cash hosted bar set up in the barn areas during the party. Scottsdale in March offers everything under the sun for the family to do! We have sate of the art sports facilities, WestWorld is a great example, incredible restau- rants, the most exquisite resorts, gambling, golf and so much more! Enjoy the atmosphere, congeniality, superb facilities, and ambiance of Scottsdale. New for this year, the board has organized a Progressive Barn Party. We hosted these many years ago and we feel this is an easy fun way for us to get together and catch up considering this is the first show of the season. Be sure to stop by for free coffee & donuts available every morning in the ASAA booth in the Equidome. Make time for our ice cream socials Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoon. Back by demand is our fundraiser……Trainer Leader Board! Be sure to stop by the ASAA booth and support your favorite trainer and coach.
