The organiser is responsible for collecting and making payments, no later than four weeks prior to the event. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation payments cannot be used towards other items. 3. Groups of 10 or more may be seated on more than one table. Parties of less than 10 may be seated with another party. 4. Under 18’s are not permitted at evening events. Pre-booked beverages must be paid for in advance. Management reserves the right to refuse the service of alcohol. Only food and beverage purchased on the premises may be consumed. All menus must be pre-ordered 3 weeks in advance.
