His over 30 years of international experience, includes extensive career at AT&T, USA, Bell Telephone Manufacturing, Belgium, Philips Electronic China Group, China. Currently, Dr. Cheng is also President Commissioner of PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk. Dr. Cheng holds a Bachelor of Science degree from National Chengkung University, Taiwan as well as Master of Science and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University, USA.
