Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”): The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older at the date and time of entry. D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between November 15, 2017 at 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time and November 15, 2017 at 11:00 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period: Promotion Winners will be determined based on the outcome of an in‐person Dissidia Final Fantasy Nt (the “Game”) tournament (the “Tournament”) held at the eSports Arena, 120 W 5th St, Santa Ana, CA 92701 (the “Site”) at approximately 9:00 p.m. Pacific time on November 15, 2017. All Entrant must be physically present at the Site during the relevant time period to enter and compete in the Tournament. To participate in the Tournament, you must register at the Site by providing the information and taking all steps requested by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee. Entrants must form teams of three (3) in order to enter to compete in the Tournament. The Tournament will be single‐elimination based on the outcome of matches of the Game. o The preliminary round(s) of the Tournament will be best two (2) out of three (3) matches. o The semi‐final and grand final rounds will be best three (3) out of five (5). Tournament entry is limited to the first eight (8) teams to register. After eight (8) teams have registered, no additional registrations will be permitted. F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select three (3) winners from among all entries using the following methodology: Each member of the team that wins the grand final round will be a winner. G. Prize(s): Each individual member of the team that wins the Tournament shall receive each of the following prize(s): One (1) Battle Tour Winner’s T‐shirt (approximate retail value of $25.00 USD) One (1) Vertagear Custom Chair (approximate retail value of $300.00 USD) One (1) Dissidia Final Fantasy NT Standard Edition game code for Sony PlayStation 4 (approximate retail value of $59.99) Two hundred United States dollars ($200.00 USD). H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) in person at the conclusion of the Tournament. I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix, Inc. By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
