C'ommittee(DLMC) had intormed the house about constitution of the District LeVel Monit~)ringCommittee alongwith its Members ,tunctions , alms and objectives of the Committee for reviewing quanerly, the schemes sanctioned under SPA(Special Plan Assistance),ACA(Additionid Central Assistance),RlDF(Rural Infrastructure Development Fund),NLCPR(NQn-LapsableCentral Pool of Resources),Prime Minister's Package and schemes sanctioned by NEC(North Eastern Council),Shillong in Changlang District. Thereafter department-wise sanctioned schemes of the above mentioned programmes \\~re r~\'iewtd one after another .The C'hairman asked the departments for proper implementation l)t'these schemes speedly with judicious utilization of funds.After long discussions and review all lilt' $I.'hI'01C:I. tollowing decisions were emerged:- . C'oncerned Executing Agencies will inlorm progress uf works ~luding sanctioned amount of each schemes,physical targets,financial acbievements of the above programmes to the concerned ZPMs and Administrative Officers. A copy of which is also to be given to the Deputy Commissioner and DPO cum Member Secretary of the District Level Monitoring Committee from time 10time . Concerned Administrative Officer and ZPM should also regularly monitor the progress of the schemes and report may be submitted to the Chairman Monitoring Committeenom timeto ~me. ' ;:. ~. From next meeting all theconcemed Head of Department must attend the mrding ,.:: - without fail,in case any unavoidable reasons the subordinate officers who ~.::; -.. represents the meeting should have through knowledge about all the schemes of IUsdepanment and can reply all the questions raised by the Members. ADC Miao and Zilla Parishad Chairman,Changlang District will short out the problems faced by the Executive Engineer,Department of Hydro Power Development,Bordumsa to lift the materials for construction of Hydro Power Projects at Yijaynagar. Executive Engineer,PWD Changlang is to submit details of fund allotment including physical progress ,financial aChie:C'{;tt~ etc of Margherita -Changlang Page-2 Road sanctiuned hv NEC to the Chairman Monitoring CommiUee including concerned ZPMs and Administrative Omcers. A copy of Approved APO is to be given to the concerned ZPMs lAdmiai.sansznooe Officers by the Departments. Mrs'lJugli,Chairman Changlang Zilla Parishad requested the departments to give a. copy of Sanction Order of each schemes and other details of all the programmes including normal AOP of the Departments.
