Nomination forms will be available from 14 October from the Table Office, Vote Office and Procedural Hub but need not be used, provided that in all respects nominations meet the provisions of Standing Order No. 1B. To be valid, nominations must contain a signed statement from the candidate declaring willingness to stand, and must be signed by not fewer than 12 nor more than 15 Members, of whom at least three must have been elected to the House as members of a party other than that of the candidate (or as members of no party).
