According to our members' survey our annual Memorial & Recognition Members at Large Ceremony is our most popular activity. This year Laura Butler serves as our Memorial and Melissa Benoit Recognition Chairperson. It is my hope that each of you will make a point to attend the Donald Hathaway program and reception this year. John Nickelson J. Marshall Rice October is also the month the SBA hosts the Recent Developments with the Judiciary Judicial Liaison seminar. This year’s CLE will be held on October 10 and 11 at the Eldorado. You can save Judge Scott Crichton a few dollars if you register early. Judges Beth Foote and Scott Crichton serve as co-chairs Young Lawyers’ Section of the CLE committee this year.
