If any contractor quoted rate more than 10% below on Engineer estimate, he shall attach 8% 3 Additional Security of the estimated cost in shape of Original Call Deposit with tender documents, in case of non-availability of 8% Additional Security, the bid will be rejected. Contractor shall submit affidavit with Technical Bid that he has attached the rate analysis with 4 Financial Bid if he quotes the rate more than 10% below. 5 Contractors should fill the BOQ by quoting their rate @above /below on engineer estimate. Tender documents will be received through courier only on the mentioned date at 12.00 P.M 6 sharply & will be opened at 02:00 P.M on the same day. The 2% earnest money (CDR) of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after approval of the lowest 7 bid / tender by competent authority. 8 All kind of materials should be procured from the approved manufacturer.
