Fox Corporation Names Daniel Carey Vice President, Investor Relations March 4, 2019 New York, NY and Los Angeles, CA – March 4, 2019 – Fox Corporation, the company to be spun-off in connection with 21st Century Fox’s (21CF) merger with The Walt Disney Company, today announced that Daniel Carey has been named Vice President of Investor Relations. Carey, who will report to Chief Investor Relations Officer and Executive Vice President of Corporate Initiatives Joseph Dorrego, will assist with the development and execution of Fox Corporation’s investor relations program. Dorrego said: “Dan brings an invaluable combination of financial market expertise and industry experience to this role. He will be an important resource for the investor and analyst communities as FOX communicates its areas of strategic focus and plans for growth.” Carey currently serves as Senior Director of Corporate Development for 21CF, where he advises on corporate-level investments and provides strategic analysis to both senior leadership and the Board of Directors. Carey joined 21CF in 2014 as an MBA Summer Associate. Earlier, he was a Senior Director of Business Development at Wasserman, a global sports marketing agency. Carey began his career at the National Football League as a pilot member of the League’s rotational training program. Carey holds a B.A. and MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
