Jarvis Alexander Director, Business Operations Bell Flight, A Textron Company Jarvis Alexander is currently the Business Operations Director of the Military Helicopter Aftermarket sector at Bell Textron. He is responsible for negotiating contracts, resource budgeting, financial planning & forecasting, and talent recruiting and development. Prior to this role, Jarvis was the financial manager of the V-22 Osprey Helicopter program at Bell Textron, where he was responsible for financial planning and forecasting, government financial reporting, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program to ensure they met their financial goals and objectives. Before holding a management position, Jarvis held multiple roles in the finance and accounting department at Bell Textron. These roles include being a Financial Planning analyst, being responsible for Bell’s Military Financial Planning, as well as holding a position as the Program Controls analyst, which included responsibilities of government financial reporting and financial forecasting for the Huey Attack and Cobra helicopter program. Jarvis began his career as a shipping manager at Jeld-Wen, one of the nation’s largest door and window companies. He was responsible for the logistics of all shipments, which included most southern regions in the United States. Jarvis is currently a member of the Bell Leadership and Developing Excellence (BLADE) organization and continues to focus on his commitment to developing and retaining talent. Jarvis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor. Jarvis was also a member of the University’s football team. .
