Except for the corrections of mathematical and other obvious errors, the data presented were taken from reports of receipts and utilization, payroll reports, and reports of nonpool handlers that were submitted to the office of the Market Administrator as well as publications released by this office. This information is prepared pursuant to Section §1000.25 (c)(8) of the General Provisions of Federal Milk Marketing Orders, Part 1000 which is incorporated by reference and made a part of Federal Order Number 7. Part 1000 states that the Market Administrator shall “Prepare and disseminate publicly for the benefit of producers, handlers, and consumers such statistics and other information concerning operation of the order and facts relevant to the provisions thereof (or proposed provisions) as do not reveal confidential information.” Non-Discrimination Policy The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) prohibits discrimination against its customers, employees, and applicants for employment on the bases of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, gender identity, religion, reprisal, and where applicable, political beliefs, marital status, familial or parental status, sexual orientation, or all or part of an individual's income is derived from any public assistance program, or protected genetic information in employment or in any program or activity conducted or funded by the Department.
