Chelsea has been 26-29 OWEA Technical Conference with us part time since October and was brought on for a full-time, permanent position in March. She comes to us from October the medical field where she had various 11-12 OWEA Plant Operations Workshop positions from clinical to clerical work for the past 15 years. She has an 11 year old daughter and is excited to be a November 16 OWEA Watershed Workshop part of the OWEA team.
