Limited Spectators will be allowed. * A current NEGATIVE Coggins Test is required and must be available on site and present at each horse stall. * A $3 fee will be charged for making a copy of Coggins at registration. * Neither VWRHOA or ODAC will be responsible for accidents or property damage that may occur at the Show. * AFFILIATED with NCWHA, ETWHA, Palmetto Saddle Club and KY-HIO.
