CATALOG YEAR Carson-Newman University defines the academic year as beginning with the Fall semester and concluding with the end of the Summer session for the subsequent Summer. The Carson-Newman Adult & Graduate Catalog, although released in the Summer, becomes effective with the beginning of the Fall semester and is in force during the above defined academic year.
