Often pickled and served with meals. CAYENNE- KOREAN HOT- A cayenne type pepper from Korea, usually dried but can be eaten fresh. ETIUDA- Blocky, thick walled orange fruits. Sugary sweet when ripe. GABI- Hot wax pepper from Hungary, extremely productive even in cool conditions. Can be picked green or red. GONG BAO- Thin walled 3 to 5 inch peppers. They have a delicious spicy flavor. Popular in Chinese dishes. JASMYN RISSE- Sweet, fruity, intense pepper flavor with mild heat. Similar to Peppadew in shape and size. MELLOW STAR- Popular Japanese snacking pepper, shishito type. Thin skinned with a mild flavor. PADRON- Traditional tapas pepper from Spain. SANDIA- Mild heat, medium thick walls. Used roasted or in salsa. Introduced in 1956 by New Mexico University.
